This product is suitable for all your general stainless-steel applications and works very well in saltwater environments. Washers with an enlarged outer diameter (SP) have the same inner diameter as the standard washers. They are designed to be used together with flanged bolts and nuts (ISO 4161,4162) on oversized and slotted holes, or on sensitive surfaces and soft materials.
Washer is surface hardened to ensure it is harder than the bolt and contact surface. Nord-Lock washers work with all common bolt grades such as; A2-50, A2-70, A2-80, A4-50, A4-70, A4-80.
